Address Changes

We prefer to receive address changes via postal mail. Please mail your new address (along with your name, previous address, and if possible your customer ID number) to:

Note: US subscribers with regular subscriptions will receive a subscriber service card polybagged with their magazine. You can write your new address on this card and mail it to the address above (the card already has your name, address, and ID number on it).

Note: If you feel you must e-mail your address change, you can e-mail it to Mary - mary

modernferret.com. Please follow-up with a second e-mail to make sure the address change was received. We cannot be responsible for e-mail that is sucked into the ether. For best results, send address changes via snail (postal) mail. We really do prefer that you send address changes via postal mail.

Slow Postal Delivery

Our regular subscription mailing (which goes via Standard Mail) has rather slow delivery in certain regions of the country. On the subscriber service card (which has your address on it) we print the date that the magazine mailed. If you are experiencing slow postal delivery, please bring this to the attention of your local Postmaster. Currently we find that most magazines are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks of their mailing date. Some remote regions may take longer.

Missing Issues

It is our policy to replace issues lost in the mail. All we ask is that you allow a reasonable time for the Post Office to deliver your magazine. Currently we find that most magazines are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks of their mailing date. If you have moved and the magazine went to your old address, the Post Office will forward it (providing your have filed a change of address form with the Post Office) - however, this will make it take additional time to get to you.

modernferret.com and let her know. Please be sure to provide your name (it's amazing how many people forget this) and the address the magazine should be going to (so we can make sure it is entered correctly on our computer). Remember: We don't know you moved unless you tell us.
